When you begin to touch your heart or let your heart be touched, you begin to discover that it's bottomless, that it doesn't have any resolution, that this heart is huge, vast, and limitless. You begin to discover how much warmth and gentleness is there, as well as how much space.

hi gauxie. :)

ok... here's how you whiten the teeth on pix. if you need any help just feel free to ask.

here are the instructions our class followed. it's pretty simple and straight forward.

Save this PSD file to your hard drive somewhere easy to find.

Launch Photoshop CS [PSCS]

Open the teeth.psd file you just saved to your computer

Select the "Lasso or Polygonal Lasso" tool and carefully draw a selection around the teeth. Don't select any of the gums or lips.

Go to the Select / Feather menu and when the dialog box comes up enter 1 pixel and click OK. This smooths the selected image a little so you won't see a hard edge after you've whitened the teeth.

Go to the Image / Adjustments / Hue / Saturation and when the dialog box appears, select Yellows from the Edit drop-down box. Then move the Saturation slider to the left to remove yellowing from the teeth.

Switch the Edit drop-down box back to Master and then drag the Lightness slider to the right to whiten/brighten the teeth. But don't drag it too far and make the the touch-up obvious and then click OK.

Select [pc] Control+D or [mac] Apple+D to deselect your selection.

That's it ~ save your work :)

it doesn't matter what version of photoshop you're using.
