I'm here left alone in the dark.
Just glimpses of you reassure me,
bits and pieces from my memory.

My heart's crying out loud.
Continuously screaming it all out.
Comfort is what it needs,
scared to where all this would lead.

My heart's calling out to you.
I pray that you hear it too.
Praying that you feel me as the wind blows through your face,
hoping your mind could feel the waves.

My heart's giving up the fight.
Weariness wraps around me so tight.
I look to the skies and blow you a kiss,
whisper "goodbye, you're the person that I will definitely miss."
